City Road Projects, Pedestrian Upgrades Get Moving Again in Carlisle, Pa.

As part of Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf's re-opening of the state amid the coronavirus pandemic, all 67 counties were to move through three phases, Red to Yellow to Green, before normal activities could start up again, including many construction projects. On June 12, Cumberland County entered the "Green" phase, which allowed construction activities on several projects to resume the next week in the borough of Carlisle, just west of Harrisburg....

Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
