Firm Hired to Begin Keystone XL Construction in Alberta

Michels Canada is poised to begin construction on the $8 billion Keystone XL oil pipeline in Alberta, while construction in the United States is still delayed by a court appeal, Kallansh Energy reports. The Alberta-based company said it expects to begin construction near Oyen, Alberta, this summer and to complete the construction near Hardisty, Alberta, in the spring of 2022....
