FHWA Issues Emergency Relief Funds to Vermont for Flood-Ravaged Roads

The Federal Highway Administration issued $500,000 in "quick release" Emergency Relief or ER funds to the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) on Nov. 20 to help cover the cost of repairing roads damaged by heavy rains, high winds and flooding from a storm that lasted from Oct. 31 through Nov. 1....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
