The American Road & Transportation Association (ARTBA) has named two safety experts to chair its two primary safety panels, the Transportation Safety Advisory Council (TSAC) and the ARTBA Safety Committee. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
