USACE Awards 2nd Contract for $2.75B Red River Diversion

FARGO, N.D. (AP) The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded its second contract for a Red River diversion project around the flood-prone Fargo and Moorhead, Minn., metropolitan area.
