Messick's Free Christmas Light Show Returns for Its 7th Year

Messick's Equipment's 7th annual Christmas Light Show has opened. The show, which is free and open to the public, features a drive-up show full of tractors, lights and energy-filled Christmas music. Last year Messick's collected $45,368.40 of donations at the Christmas Light Show, bringing the 6-year total of donations raised to $212,712.02....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
