When 400,000 tons of mud, rock, trees and other debris obliterated 1,200 ft. of highway on Nov. 20, 1995, it created "the biggest slide of my career," said Mark Schuster, maintenance foreman of U.S.-12 for the last three decades. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
