As the Northeast United States begins to recover from a dangerous nor'easter that has dumped up to 30 inches of snow in some places over the past few days, the Georgia Department of Transportation is practicing and preparing for whatever Mother Nature has in store this winter in the South as part of National Winter Weather Preparedness Week....
