Highland, Calif.'s water problem has brought about the Sterling Natural Resource Center (SNRC), a state-of-the-art facility designed to bring a new source of water to the region. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
