Transportation Officials Reviewing Gov's Proposal to Fund Road Repairs in W.Va.

CHARLESTON, W. VA. (AP) West Virginia Department of Transportation Secretary Tom Smith said officials are reviewing a proposal by Gov. Jim Justice to take road bond money meant for major projects and use it to repair secondary roads. NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
