Berks County Wohlsen Construction Company has selected Schlouch Incorporated to provide site preparation for the Hampton Inn and Suites - Maxatawny Township project. The three-acre site is located on Kutztown Road, Maxatawny Township, Berks County, Pa. The owner of the property is Ursus Aureus Inc. Schlouch will provide clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary & storm sewers, water line installation, roads, curbs, paving, retaining walls, liner construction and underground stormwater detention system....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
