Pennsylvania Revives Long-Idled Rural Highway Project

A four-lane highway project that aims to connect the Seven Mountains region of Pennsylvania to the greater State College area through Centre County is being restarted after being shelved for more than 15 years – largely with state funds. The new roadway would also link to the Potter Mills Gap project, which is in its final stages, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
