ACCIONA Energía has started construction work on its second wind farm in Texas — the company's ninth in the United States — which will increase ACCIONA's United States wind power capacity to 866 megawatts (MW). An investment of $200 million, Palmas Altas will have a capacity of 144.9 MW and be equipped with 46 wind turbines of Nordex technology....

Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
