Construction has officially begun at the site of the United States Marshals Museum (USMM) at Fort Smith in Arkansas. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
