ORDC Approves Three Grants to Improve Rail in Ohio

On Sept. 15, 2021, the Ohio Rail Development Commission (ORDC) approved grants of nearly $420,000 for projects submitted by the Austin Powder Company (APC) Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway (W&LE), and to CASTLO Community Improvement Corporation (CASTLO).
