On Sept. 15, 2021, the Ohio Rail Development Commission (ORDC) approved grants of nearly $420,000 for projects submitted by the Austin Powder Company (APC) Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway (W&LE), and to CASTLO Community Improvement Corporation (CASTLO). New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
