On Sept. 30, Missouri Gov. Mike Parson and Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson joined together at the Missouri-Arkansas state line for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the I-49 Missouri-Arkansas Connector.
