Catching Costly Landslides, Rockslides Before They Happen

Landslides and rockslides are a common issue in parts of eastern and southern Ohio. The Ohio Department of Transportation will use $35 million in federal stimulus funding to complete dozens of projects aimed at catching these issues early or even preventing them in the first place. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
