Virginia Tech will receive $50 million from Boeing, the world's largest aerospace company, to go toward financial aid to build and diversify the graduate technology campus the university is developing in Alexandria, Va. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
