A new sports and entertainment facility, specifically designed to accommodate a minor-league baseball team, will soon begin construction in Hagerstown, Md., after the state's General Assembly approved a bill April 12 to fund the project. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
