XL Specialized Trailers is planning a $6 to $7 million expansion to its headquarters in Manchester, Iowa. The expansion will increase production capacity by more than 30 percent. The new development, which will be under way at the end of 2020 or early 2021, will add roughly 55,000 sq. ft. to the north side of its current manufacturing footprint....

New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
