Construction Crews Complete I-80 Exit Six Months Early

A new exit-only lane on westbound I-80 between S.R. 201 and S.R. 36 in Tooele County has opened six months ahead of schedule. This new "auxiliary" lane, designed to provide additional space for entering or exiting the interstate, will improve traffic flow and reduce delays for drivers in the area. Crews were able to compete the project early because materials for the project became available sooner than expected....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
