Road and bridge crews are well on their way to easing driving frustrations for thousands of daily motorists at a notorious traffic bottleneck in Vadnais Heights, Minn., where County Road 49, a heavily-used, inter-city arterial crosses over I-694. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
