Philadelphia's professional basketball franchise is exploring the idea of building a basketball arena at Penn's Landing after its current lease deal expires at the Wells Fargo Center. The NBA's 76ers confirmed Aug. 26 to the Philadelphia Business Journal that the team is studying the idea of building a basketball arena at Penn's Landing, but any such plans wouldn't happen any time soon....

New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
