First-of-Its-Kind Paving Project in Oroville Uses All Recycled Materials

Lamon Construction Company Inc. of Yuba City recently partnered with Caltrans for a unique paving project in The Golden State. A section of Highway 162 in Oroville, Calif. was repaved using recycled asphalt pavement and liquid plastic made with single-use, plastic bottles — the first time the department has paved a road using 100 percent recycled materials....
