David Simmons started out in 1986 with a front-end loader that he'd use for small lot clearing jobs and various agricultural work. He worked for himself and took on one job at a time. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
