A Houston-area contractor is moving 2.5 million cu. yds. of dirt on a Howard Hughes Company project in Cypress, Tex. The $10 million project will create a 2-mi. long mitigation lake system and about 300 acres of future residential lots and common areas in the Bridgeland Subdivision, an 11,000-acre, master-planned community that will eventually be home to 65,000 people northwest of Houston....

New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
