Monitoring efforts are under way following completion of this season's dredging operations at Indiana Harbor and Canal (IHC) in East Chicago, Ind. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
