The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Engineering District 3 continues to work to remedy the challenges created by above average precipitation in north central Pennsylvania. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
