The Brandt Group of Companies has reached an agreement to acquire the businesses of Nortrax Canada Inc. and Nortrax Quebec Inc., subject to due diligence and regulatory and other approvals. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
