Progress continues on the reported multi-billion-dollar Shell Chemical Appalachia LLC (Shell) ethylene cracker plant in Beaver County, Pa., 30 mi. northwest of Pittsburgh. Massachusetts Communities Hit by Gas Blasts Receive $80M to Repair Infrastructure
