Construction of Bennington Historic District Begins

A groundbreaking ceremony was held Aug. 7 to launch the revitalization of Bennington, Vt.'s Putnam Block that will transform three historic buildings into a vibrant urban hub. Bread Loaf Corp. , Middlebury, Vt., is the lead contractor and has begun the job with demolition and abatement work, according to client services manager Paul Wyncoop....

New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
