Mark Hettinger, co-owner of M&G Contractors of New Braunfels, Texas, fits firmly into the second category. After selling a company that he founded in Gillette, Wyo., and grew to be one of the largest pipeline contractors in the west, Hettinger planned to do what most people would — retire and move south....

New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
