ExxonMobil has begun construction on a new crude unit at its Beaumont, Texas, refinery that will increase capacity by more than 65 percent, or 250,000 barrels a day. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
