TxDOT Awards Sterling $33M Kaufman Highway Project

Sterling Construction Company Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Texas Sterling Construction Co. , was selected by the Texas Department of Transportation to reconstruct an 8-mi. portion of Texas State Highway 34 near Kaufman, Texas. The $33 million project entails the reconstruction of an existing two-lane roadway into a new two-lane roadway with shoulders and includes the demolition and replacement of five existing bridge structures....

New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
