Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) has appointed Scott Young to be vice president uptime and customer support for sales region Americas. The appointment becomes effective June 1, but the transition to the new position has already started. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
