The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that a team of students from Academy Park High School in Southeast Delco School District, Delaware County, has been selected as the PennDOT District 6 winner for its second Innovations Challenge. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
