The three-acre site is located on Kutztown Road, Maxatawny Township, Berks County, Pa. The owner of the property is Ursus Aureus Inc. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
