The three-acre site is located on Kutztown Road, Maxatawny Township, Berks County, Pa. The owner of the property is Ursus Aureus Inc. Schlouch will provide clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary & storm sewers, water line installation, roads, curbs, paving, retaining walls, liner construction and underground stormwater detention system....
