Officials broke ground on a $20 million revitalization and expansion project for the Pearl Harbor campus of the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum and Park. The project, which is expected to be complete in April 2020, will add new exhibits and about 3,000 sq. ft. of space, the Honolulu Star-Advertiser reported....

New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
