Jesus Ramirez, owner of Vesco Tractors in Gadsden, Ala., passed away Nov. 1, 2018, in Albany, Ga. He was 48. Mr. Ramirez was born in San Cirode Acosta, SLP Mexico, on Oct. 30, 1970, the son of the late Eusebia "Saldana" Ramirez. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
