Developers Say Mountain Valley Pipeline to Now Cost $4.6B

ROANOKE, Va. (AP) Developers of a natural gas pipeline set to run through West Virginia and Virginia said the project's cost has risen from $3.7 billion to $4.6 billion. The Roanoke Times reported Mountain Valley Pipeline developers released the revised cost estimate on Sept. 24. A Mountain Valley statement said about half of the increase is due to a construction lull in August....

New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
