More than 1,850 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros.' multi-million-dollar unreserved public equipment auction in North Franklin, Conn., on Sept. 21, 2018. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
