Cuomo announced that work would begin in August on a $10.7 million project to convert Route 787 in Cohoes, Albany County, into a boulevard, creating a welcoming, pedestrian-friendly gateway to the Spindle City. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
