Seminole, Texas, near the west Texas border with New Mexico, has been known for two things for a very long time: oil and cotton. But soon, large-scale equipment auctions may be synonymous with the town as well if Johan Krahn has anything to say about it. NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
