Crews Start to Reinforce Rock Slip Area on McClure Pass

On May 21, crews started work that will reinforce a fault (rock slip) on Colorado Highway 133, on the south side of McClure Pass. Work on this $1.3 million project is expected to be complete in mid-October, weather permitting. Work will stabilize and reinforce a landslide below the highway to reduce further slipping or future rockslides....
