ARTBA Says Federal Highway Administration Decision Clears Air on Overreaching Greenhouse Gas Rule 

The American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) commended the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) recent decision to abandon a proposal to require the measurement of greenhouse gas emissions following construction of new transportation projects.
