A pair of four-story glass towers along Franklin Boulevard in Eugene, Ore., will be the first buildings of the Phil and Penny Knight Campus for Accelerating Scientific Impact at the University of Oregon, the university revealed Oct. 27. New York's MTA To Repair Train Tunnel Hit by Hurricane Sandy

In August, New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) will begin rehabilitation work on the Rutgers Tube New York City Transit subway tunnel that allows the F Line to run under the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
