There are major changes coming to the University of Southern Maine's Portland campus, where extensive construction is under way on a $100 million dormitory and student center project. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
