New Greenway in Helena, Ala., to Connect with Trails in Nearby Town

Funding for a greenway project in Helena, Ala., recently approved by the town's city council, will feature a design that will eventually connect all of Helena's walking trails with each other and with those in the nearby city of Pelham. Both communities are located south of Birmingham. Helena City Councilmember Hewy Woodman proposed the funding measures which would connect the trails in each city and to fund a study to examine the proposal's feasibility....

Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
