Finish of Baton Rouge's $343M Anti-Flood Project Pushed to Late 2022

The Comite River Diversion Canal, a long-awaited flood-control channel for the Baton Rouge, La., area, is expected to take a year longer than anticipated to build and will not be finished until December 2022, federal officials have announced. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
