Edgar August Browning, retired sergeant homicide detective with Hampton Police Department CAP Unit and occasional contributor to Construction Equipment Guide (CEG), recently passed away at the age of 68 Mr. Browning served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy Seabees Reserve and his community in the Hampton City police department....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
